The Hive is an ambitious collaboration between Elev—a student living startup founded by university students with a vision to provide a home away from home—and Five Oaks, a trailblazing real estate development firm helmed by the legendary architect Gene Dub. Our partnership is fueled by a shared commitment to transform student living by delivering ultra-affordable housing solutions.
